Celebrating Excellent Partnership: Reiseservice Sacco does it again - Best Ticket-Seller for KLM/Air France!
It is generally known that little presents help maintain friendships. Reiseservice Sacco and the international airlines, KLM and Air France, have always paralleled this maxim. Therefore, during the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) in Berlin, Sandro Sacco, owner and general manager of Reiseservice Sacco, in coordination with the airlines designed and printed 5,000 high-quality T-shirts as gifts to the joint customers.
Michael Krug, KLM Sales Executive, used the ITB to praise the high booking rates and the reliability of the Sacco team. Both of these qualities bring tangible advantages to Sacco customers: top offers, a large contingent of available seats and often, special discounts.
Since 2002, the Rosenheim-based travel agency has continuously won KLM’s Best Ticket-Seller Award for flights to West-Africa. The majority of those flights were to Nigeria, Ghana and Togo. Even the Nigerian National Football Team booked its tickets through Sacco in 2008!
In the ethnic travel sector, Reiseservice Sacco is Germany’s market leader for home-bound flights to West-Africa.
Ethnic travel fares are special tickets provided at low discounts and sold only to people bearing the nationality of the destination, but who reside in Germany or Austria. These tickets offer more flexibility for home-bound flights than ordinary tickets, often carry longer validity periods, charge lower transfer fees and offer higher baggage allowance.
The travel experts at Reiseservice Sacco speak English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, and are well-versed in consulting and booking these special fares. Every year, tens of thousands of Africans take advantage of these offers which come together with nearly unbeatable terms.
In addition to the Rosenheim office, Reiseservice Sacco opened its Italian branch in Padua making ethnic travel fares even more accessible. The agency’s call centre is accessible weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm for short enquiries and quick, phone bookings. After all, the chief aim of Reiseservice Sacco is to constantly uphold its own philosophy: “Bringing people together”.
